Only conference delegates, with a valid badge, have access to session rooms. Seating is regulated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend delegates to go to the session room well in advance. Due to safety regulations, the organisers will close the session room when all seats are taken. It is not allowed to stand in the aisles of the rooms.

As of Tuesday, 13 October, you can download your certificate of attendance. To receive a certificate, session attendance is required. Login at your MyEAU account, click on “Events” and select “Certificates” from the menu. Before obtaining your certificate, you will be requested to complete the evaluation questionnaire. You can find more information here.
A cloakroom is available and is at participant’s disposal during conference hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.

The official local currency is the Euro (€).
At the beginning of their presentation(s), all faculty members are required to disclose any affiliations with industry that are relevant to the topic of their lecture. These affiliations may include, but are not limited to, serving on an advisory board or having a consulting agreement with a particular company.
Electricity supply in Spain is 230 Volts. The connection is made using plug types C and F.
Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter.
In case of emergency outside the conference hotel, call the nationwide emergency number 112. In case of an emergency in the conference hotel contact a security guard immediately.

In compliance with the Pharma Codes, we are not allowed to register guests (including children) and they can therefore not attend this event. Unfortunately, the ICE office cannot offer any children’s daycare facilities. If parents decide to leave their children in a part of the conference hotel that is accessible without a badge, the ICE office will bear no responsibility in case of incidents.
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance to cover such incidents.
The conference will be conducted in English. No translation will be provided.

With Other Delegates
You can use the ICE26 event app to get in touch with other delegates. This networking feature is off by default, you can turn it on by logging in to the app with your MyEAU credentials through the “My Profile” menu in the top right corner.
Delegates can also get in touch with ICE26 speakers through the app. Under the “Programme” tab, select “Faculty” to view the list of speakers, the “Abstract Presenters” can be found under the “Abstracts” tab. To leave a message, click on “Conversation,” or to request a meeting, select “Meeting”.
Smoking (also of e-cigarettes) is not allowed throughout the entire conference hotel, including all exhibition areas, session rooms, registration and catering areas. All participants are kindly requested to respect the no-smoking policy.

As a conference delegate, you can access ICE26 scientific content as it becomes available (during or immediately after the conference) through the ICE26 Resource Centre using your MyEAU credentials. Webcasts, recordings, and full-text abstracts are easily accessible via the advanced search tool, provided the speakers have given their approval.
The content in the Resource Centre will be available up to 1 year after the conference.
The safety of all conference attendees is of the utmost importance. The conference hotel and ICE organisation have taken security precautions to ensure the maximum possible safety for all participants. All bags may be subject to inspection. Please take all personal belongings with you when leaving the session room.
We value your feedback! If you enjoyed a session (or if it didn’t meet your expectations), please leave a rating in the app. Locate the session in the Programme, select “Interactive,” and provide a star rating between 1 and 5.
We are using social media at the conference to encourage an open discussion on urology science and experiences at the conference.
