As of Tuesday, 2 December, you can download your certificate of attendance via your MyEAU account. Log in and you will see the main menu on the left side of your screen. Click on “Events” and select “Certificates” from the drop-down menu. Before obtaining your certificate, you will be requested to complete the evaluation questionnaire. You can find more information here.
A cloakroom is available and is at participant’s disposal during conference hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.
An application has been made to the EACCME* for CME accreditation of this event.
At the beginning of their presentation(s), all faculty members are required to disclose any affiliations with industry that are relevant to the topic of their lecture. These affiliations may include, but are not limited to, serving on an advisory board or having a consulting agreement with a particular company.
Electricity supply in Rome is 230 Volts and the connection is made by one of three types of plugs, types C, F and L. Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter.

You can connect with fellow delegates using the ICE25 event app. The networking feature is disabled by default, but you can activate it by logging into the app with your MyEAU credentials through the “My Profile” menu in the top-right corner.
Delegates can also reach out to ICE25 speakers through the app. Under the “Programme” tab, select “Speakers” to view the list of speakers. To leave a message, click on “Conversation,” or to request a meeting, select “Meeting”.

As a conference delegate, you can access ICE25 scientific content as it becomes available—during or immediately after the conference—through the ICE25 Resource Centre using your MyEAU credentials. Webcasts, recordings, and full-text abstracts are easily accessible via the advanced search tool, provided the speakers have given their approval.
The content in the Resource Centre will be available up to 1 year after the conference.
The safety of all conference attendees is our top priority. The venue and ICE organisation have implemented security measures to ensure the highest level of safety for all participants. Please be aware that all bags may be subject to inspection. We kindly ask that you take all personal belongings with you when leaving the session room.

Smoking (also of e-cigarettes) is not allowed throughout the entire venue, including all exhibition areas, session rooms, registration and catering areas. All participants are kindly requested to respect the no-smoking policy.
